MYC members have reciprocity to hundreds of Yachting Clubs across the USA. Contact our Membership Chair in advance of your travels, as there is a process of pre-communication between clubs for our members to access most Yacht Clubs via reciprocity.

For MYC Members Visiting Other Clubs

Find participating clubs at yachtclubsofamerica.org. Email membership@missouriyachtclub.com with the club you would like to use and the date you are requesting. Our Membership Director will send a letter of introduction and confirm your membership is active and in good standing so you’ll have access to their facilities.

Always carry your MYC Membership Card with you, as you will need it to access another YCA club.

For Visiting Members at MYC

Members of recognized reciprocal yacht clubs are welcome at Missouri Yacht Club. Please contact us in advance of your visit so we can ensure proper docking and make arrangements. Visiting members are asked to present their home club membership card upon arrival.

Yachting Club of America

The Yachting Club of America was founded in 1963 as the first National Association of Yachtsmen and Yacht Clubs, “to serve the advancement of yachting.” It publishes the annual “Register of American Yacht Clubs” and the Reciprocity Guide — the oldest existing yacht club register in America. Its membership spans yachtsmen and yacht clubs across the U.S. mainland, Alaska, Hawaii, and the U.S. Virgin Islands.
